"New store is clean and fresh, but l still have difficulty navigating through it, to find items. The prices have increased significantly in recent weeks and item quantities have decreased in size or amount. One thing l really dislike about this Coles is that in my last few weekly shops l have been asked to make a donation to a charity. After having paid an ever increasing amount for my weekly shop, l object to be asked to donate more. (Coles has an ever increasing buying power and profits from which they can donate to charities of their choosing.) I am happy to donate to MY favourite charities, and do not need Coles' weekly reminders. If l continue to be hassled, l will shop elsewhere."

"What's the deal with getting rid of the deli(the only positive you had over dandy plaza coles) and also not having any stock for like the past 2 months?? I walk in with a list of 10 items needed, im lucky if I can get 2. Shelves empty. Covids over yall. You're raising your prices still, but not able to restock. Do better."
