"Horrible experience, staff does not know how to provide a learning curriculum for the children. As a staff working there I had witnessed staff not following regulations, for example, letting the children go to the bathroom by themselves. While I was working there I had noticed the staff not speaking to the children but yelling at them. To punish them for their actions they would leave the child in a high chair especially children who can't control their actions because of their behaviour. This is unacceptable and when confronted they use the excuse "I'm busy" . They don't do daily journals and are not currently in the toddler room. The staff are rude, arrogant and think they know everything. They don't know anything because there treating children like they are their to babysit. To people who want to work here I don't recommend, rude staff, doesn't provide you with an induction or a contract. Also doesn't provide you with a statement of payment. They don't have a nominated supervisor in which legally they need one. They don't have set rooms for staff as all float around which doesn't benefit the children. Reply You wouldn’t know that because you don’t work in the rooms. When I was working there, no director only a manager who would sit in the office. There was no program or intentional learning for the children. When I tried implementing procedure and confronted staff, staff won’t fond of the criticism, as all I wanted is for the children to have their health and safety meet.The staff were very neglectful. As working with 3 bears I would not recommend anyone to bring their child here. They are over ratio, of course three bears would be bias and deny all accusations to save business. In regards to children’s safety and protection I wouldn’t bring any child here as this centre is a hazard. They have no chef, the staff take turns to cook while in the morning the children watch the big tv. Routine is very unorganised. While working there, staff do not set up provocations or learning. The staff did not implement any spontaneous learning, portfolio for the parents or even observations. They did not program in which program should be done every week based on topics or month. It’s was very sad how staff didn’t recognise or notice children who came in rip clothes and dirty nappies. One incident, a child was seen malnourished and I reported it to the manager in charge and no action was taken. This shows how neglectful staff are and it’s very sad to hear how the business owner is covering it all up. This should be further evaluated and investigated. Have a good day. Don’t be in denial to save your business, take the facts and make your business better. I pray that all the children stay safe in your care because I believe it is unacceptable to hire incompetent workers who hardly speak English."
