"Hi there, i highly recommend Jonathan, he was professional and very knowledgable. He did a range of things to my pool including acid wash, chlorine washed and sanitised it. he installed all new equipment pumps, heat pump, chlorinator and new lights. Highly recommend and good value. Thanks again my pool looks brand new again."
"The team at inui are absolutely brilliant. I recently had a semi in ground pool installed and the whole experience has been trying. Jonathan came out and showed me how to care for my pool with chemicals, cleaning and installed a backwash system that the pool installed didn't do. He also recognized an install problem and fixed. They are very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so. They really do go above and beyond and take so much pride in their work. Brilliant business. Thanks for everything"
"If i could give zero stars, i would! I dont normally feel the need to write poor reviews however how i was treated warranted this to be expressed. First time coming in, and NEVER again! I decided to try a new shop located close to me as a change and for ease. As it was my first time here, i provided all the information required as i needed to get my pool tested and i needed a print out of the levels. Normally my partner does this but hasn't had time so I am not familiar with the chemicals needed so wanted to make sure i wasn't just buying unnecessary chemicals for nothing! After doing the test, all she said was you need salt and its $70. No context to what the other levels were and when i questioned this, she didn't answer my question. I asked for a print out and she said she would do it. As i was waiting for the print out, she started serving another customer and ignored me completely! I was standing there for 10-15mins waiting whilst she served someone else and not even acknowledging i was standing there. I finally had to interrupt and ask for the print out in which she turned around with a sour attitude and said, if you don't buy anything it costs $15. I said i need to see the levels so i know what to buy. I said I'm happy to pay the $15 via card. She demanded cash only. The lady at the counter was rude and showed absolutely NO customer service and I'm actually shocked and disgusted that a small business would treat a first time customer with no respect. I will happily now travel to the further pool shop who seems to value my time and purchases and has enough respect to explain how this works. I would not recommend this pool shop to any new customers as you wont get very far!"
"I was looking for a clamp to fix the radiator hose on my bus and Gabriel was very helpful. He didn't have a clamp for sale but found an used hose with 2 clamps on it which fitted the bus perfectly. Thank you Gabriel you certainly help get me back on the road to pick up kids from the hospital. I would certainly recommend him for his helpfulness and not looking for anything in return."
"I don't know what planet Google User is on; they must have something against Asian people though. Yes, the owner has a gruff voice with an Asian accent, but he can't help that and is always courteous and respectful. That hardly constitutes violent behaviour though. We've been using these people for a couple of years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. We always see his regular customers in the shop which is dated and isn't as fancy as highly marketed shops with highly inflated prices, but it's the service and results that we are there for. They are always honest and offer the most cost effective solution. As opposed to the pool shop 700m away which is run by Australian's who feel it is their obligation to relieve you of your money every time you walk in the door. For a couple of years I was having a Low Flow warning on my pool, the shop run by Australian's kept selling me bags of salt and other chemicals which was supposed to fix the problem, then charged over $100 to look at my Salt Water Chlorinator with the same result. Out of frustration, I went to Inui, all that was wrong was the 5 year old sand filter needed new sand. Problem solved; hardly rocket science, but some shops like to fleece their customers."
