"In 2003 my Partner was diagnosed with terminal cancer and as a result we did the Gerson Therapy to help restore his health. This required many kilos of carrots and green vegetables which I ordered from Paul, the owner of Ripe Organics, twice a week. He was the most helpful person I have ever come across in retail. Paul placed special orders for me twice a week for seven months and as I lived in Essendon at the time he even let me pick up the greens and carrots from his home which was not too far away from where I lived at the time. Nothing was ever a problem and I am so happy to see that he still has two very busy and successful businesses at Prahran Market, twenty years later. His produce is excellent quality and back then there were no organic shops near where I lived, so he helped me through the most stressful time in my life."

"Great service. I came here last Sunday looking for soy protein to make vegan bolognese. I asked a sales clerk if they had it. He walked to the isle where it usually is. It wasn't there and spent a good 5 mins to confirm if they had anymore in stock. They didn't but the fact he gave me the time was very much appreciated. Thank you"
