"This is a fantastic place to enjoy your day, if you love to take a dip in the pool. The pools are generally well maintained. Recently the bathrooms have been upgraded too. A good place for your kids to get swimming lessons. It accepts active kids as well as first lap vouchers. The best thing about it is, it's never over crowded. That was the reason I moved my child from Macquarie Fields to this swimming centre and without any doubt that's one of the best things I have done."
"Their learn to swim program is an absolute joke! Have been going there for years but today was our last lesson at I pulled my son out. They're always cancelling lessons. Just recently 4/5 lessons were cancelled due to instructor unavailability. If you want your children to have consistency don't send them here. I would recommend going elsewhere for such services."
"“I was verbally abused”. This place has two shower blocks, one inside for the indoor pool and one outside for the outside pool, the inside shower block has buttons you need to press every 40 secs or the water stops, the outside shower block is as normal no buttons. On this disappointing morning I waved to the lifeguard with no shirt on saying bye after getting out of the spa walking to the outside shower block, he waved back and smiled, when I got down to the outside shower block it was locked, naturally it sparked some anger as I was freezing and was hoping to have a shower, I spoke to the nice window man with glasses and he radioed the smiling lifeguard to come open the block, naturally the smiling lifeguard was no longer smiling as he took his time walking down to the outside shower block while I stood their and froze waiting for him. Naturally this raised my anger levels, so when he finally got to me I told this lifeguard to hurry up as I was freezing and his response was “oh no, your not gonna carry on like that are you?” Carry on like what I said? He replied: “your being a gronk”, naturally I replied to, but why am I being called a gronk because this place decided to only open one shower block? This is how this place operates, sometimes the indoor pools are not heated, sometimes the spa water level is well below full, because the staff aren’t very motivated, I will never go back, when paying a full price fee you expect access to all the facilities not when they decide to make them accessible to you, this place is terribly run and managed. 1 star all the way!"
"Absolutely disgusting customer service. My younger brother has recently had back surgery and needed to do hydrotherapy to assist in his recovery. For weeks I'd go with him to support him and never had any issues. Today a female staff refused to let me inside with my brother, saying that I need to pay a spectator fee after explaining to her that I only sit on the chair and wait for him. I have been doing that for weeks and none of the other staff ever had a problem. Very rude attitude. Absolutely disgusting customer service. This is not how you treat a customer, especially when he is there to support his brother."
