"A 50 mtr pool open in winter, good temperature, some will its to hot some will think it's cold, l, as most find it perfect! REMEMBER it's a 50mtr pool ( outdoor the healthier option) open in WINTER.. lets be very grateful a Council even does this for it's community! Beautiful surroundings, l'm not a resident, but very impressed, 10/10 for your Mark Greenhill, ( Mayor)"
"Hi, I have been to Glenbrook pool several times this summer but it is always dirty, too warm, cloudy and full of hair. It seems that the water filters or the vacuum cleaner is not working and staff aren’t interested in fixing this problem. When I asked an attendant why it was so dirty she admitted that the vacuum cleaner was in the same position as it was last night, meaning it hadn’t moved and wasn’t working. She also got defensive and said lots of carnivals the previous days had made the pool dirty. Lawson pool also has lots of carnivals but the pool is always pristine each morning. It used to be nice pool but the cleanliness issue really needs to be addressed asap. Pick up your game Glenbrook pool staff please."
"Staff are dismissive and rude. Need pool for rehab exercises. Impossible to get an accurate schedule to determine optimal times to use pool around swimming lessons and carnivals. Turned up and told we couldn't use 1 metre pool even though it wasn't being used at all. Do you realise the time, effort, energy and pain involved to get ready, travel and walk from the car to the pool only to be told come back in 4 hours? NFI"
"The water is cloudy and has a lot of things floating in lately. I'm a regular swimmer in the Mountains Pools, and Glenbrook pool is really not amazing anymore compared to the others. Please look at this, today it was so cloudy I could only see about 10m and hair and other bits floating everywhere."
"Fabulous learn to swim facility for little ones due to the unique sliding roof they have enclosing their indoor heated pool. No strong chlorine smell as the area opens up for efficient ventilation. Great Learn to Swim program. Most instructors are wonderful with a special mention to Nikki and Christine for the toddlers. With a playground and baby pool as well as the outdoor main pool and indoor pool, this facility great for any age."
