"Click n Collect order, that i had a text message to say was ready, when i got to the store i had a 20 minute wait, to which the Team member with the Tatto sleves was very appologetic and friendly however the team member whom to give me my items wasnt that friendly at all. neaither was the person working the customer service counter. "Absolutely despicable behaviour with staff and security at this particular coles ! Attention should be brought to the racism experienced here by customers. The amount of times they have accused people of theft is atrocious. I will most definitely escalating this to higher ups and getting you all sacked, especially the security."
"I wisked in and out of Coles as they did not have what I was looking for. I bought no merchandise and made my way to exit. I had not made it out of the store when the wheels of my trolley locked. A cash register girl at the self serve department came over and told me to wait. She disappeared for quite a while and I was about to take my goods out of the trolley, as I just wanted to go home, and erroneously thought the trolley was faulty. The Coles employee then came over to me and told me to wait. I was detained and practically accused of shoplifting whilst she took the liberty of checking my private and paid for property. This was all played out in front of other customers. Apparently they have self locking trolleys that lock on your way out if you do not pay for any goods! I insisted on speaking to the manager and after a long wait all he could say was 'not my rule'. The law states that one is presumed innocent until proven guilty, but not with Coles. I felt humiliated and the CEO responsible for this demeaning treatment of customers is comfortable in his ivory tower."
