"Managers are a bit dopey with simple requests. There was a nice outdoor heater but with no gas. We weren't allowed to use it. More of a spot for hen or stag parties"
"We stayed at the Ocean Royale Manly. Great location and the unit was very comfortable. We did have a few issues, and hopefully, Management will see to them. We thought that the unit was a little on the pricey side, but I suppose that is what you pay for, being in the right location !"
"We stayed in an extremely poorly maintained apartment. Checked in on a Sunday (no reception there) Was that filthy we requested to move. But no response until we spent the night. Oven didn't work, spa was mouldy, bathroom had a permanent leak/wet and mould floor. We were moved to another apartment the following day. Maintenance was better, but not overly clean for the price you pay. We ended up getting a full refund as our experience was so bad."
"Stayed in apartment 18. I have to agree with Lisa who reviewed a year ago. The whole place is grubby. Apartment 18 was extremely dusty and filthy and had a horrible smell. But that's ok when you raise it with the staff. They will come up and say it's a normal smell and spray fabreze!! We had cockroaches invade everything evening. The plugs and wiring were all loose and some of the doors and windows didn't even open. For the price you pay. You expect excellence. We asked to move and we're told they had nothing else that was it."
