"I went to shop and checked if they sell any siu mai but can't find any. So I left the shop without buying anything. Staff didn't ask to check my bag before I left the shop. He chased me out on City Road as I was a shoplifter. He asked me if I bought anything from the shop and I said NO. He checked the first bag and I showed him the receipt from another shop. Then he asked to look at another bag and I did the same. After he failed to find me stealing anything from the shop, he tried to "educate" me and said people usually inform them they bought this already from other shop while they entered the shop. I didn't see anyone in the shop while I entered the shop. I didn't notice any bag check sign. Would never go back to this shop."
"Ordered 3 items online through UberEats . Main item was missing . Staff were really unhelpful when I called . Basically said wasn’t their problem and I would have to deal with UberEats How hard can it be to get 3 items packed and offer help to a first time customer"
"Independent supermarket, selling groceries. You'll find more goods here than a convenience store, but less than a fully lined supermarket, so accordingly, more decent pricing than a convenience store, but average price more expensive than say Coles and Woolworths. This store does sell limited but fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and poultry, as well as liquor. Freshly pressed orange juice is also a unique offering. No minimum on cards, no surcharge. Good service."
