"On signing up for a seven week course AIM did not give me full access to the course, no support received to address issuyof not beta Le to complete the studies, they final at week 5 made contact removed the course and now still want to invoice me for a course I could not access Be carful people!"
"I attended the Introduction to SEO course and found it very engaging as well as insightful. the facilitator was very charismatic and I did not feel bored at any point of the course and felt very engaged throughout the whole session."
"Just completed the 2 day ‘Finance for Non Finance Managers’ and thoroughly enjoyed it. For someone who is just started out in finance, this is the perfect start. Vinay was a fantastic facilitator. He explained everything clearly and was extremely patient and thorough."
"Just completed a two day in person communication course at the Sydney location. Facilitator was excellent - read the room and mood which made the two days fly by. Content very relatable and covered everything I was looking for and more. Facilities were also great. All around an excellent experience and would highly recommend one of their courses."
"I studied an Advanced Diploma with AIM. While the course material was good and the facilitators were highly skilled and qualified, my experience across the two years was not pleasant. The aftercare support was terrible. It was one thing after another from the very beginning, not being able to access my course work ahead of the course as my account was set up incorrectly, I had to repeatedly follow up asking for my course work to be marked, towards the end, it took over two months to get my results, a far cry from the 21 days they set as the standard. God knows how long it would have taken if I wasnt pushing for my work to be marked. Then there are the little things, an online course that states it will take 45 minutes. Two hours later and I was still working my way through it. There is no way it could be completed in 45 minutes with all the external links and case studies it asks you to work through. Then there are the supporting documents, some of which reference links that aren’t hyperlinked etc. I was considering doing a mini MBA with AIM, but not after my experience. If you want to attend a day course that doesn’t include an assessment, you can be assured the experience will be enjoyable. If you are considering doing a course with an assessment, consider looking elsewhere."
