About the Business
Welcome to Agape Immigration Pty Ltd, a registered immigration law firm located in Sydney, Australia. Our team of dedicated immigration lawyers is ready to assist you with all your immigration needs.
Australia's approach to treating foreigners and the immigration process has always been a significant aspect of the country's national conscience. The migration laws we use today were introduced in 1958 by the Hon. A.R. Downer, who had personal experiences as a prisoner of war. His experiences influenced a more humane approach to the treatment of migrants, leading to what he described as the "Finest immigration charter that the world has yet seen" - the Migration Act.
Over the past 60 years, each Australian government has implemented its own unique migration policies, resulting in a diverse landscape of drafting styles and policy objectives. As Australia continues to attract migrants from around the world, the Department, tribunals, and courts are constantly interpreting the various provisions of Australian immigration law.
With the Department forecasting an increase in yearly immigration to 525,300 by June 2019, it is no surprise that a significant number of visa applications are refused, leading to challenges and appeals. In fact, in the year ending June 2015, there were 18,534 appeals made to the tribunals in Australia. By December 2018, visa refusals and cancellations had increased by 62.5%, resulting in a substantial number of judicial review cases before the courts. This has made the Migration Act one of the most litigated pieces of legislation in the country.
This is where Australian migration representation becomes crucial. At Agape Immigration, we understand the complexities of the Australian visa system and the importance of providing accurate and reliable advice. Our team will carefully listen to your situation, assess all available options, and guide you towards the best Australian visa pathway.
It is important to note that in order to provide immigration assistance in Australia, practitioners must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. As of December 17, 2018, there are 7,344 registered practitioners, out of which only 97 are Accredited Specialists in Immigration Law. Agape Henry Crux is proud to have two of these specialists on our team.
When it comes to immigration matters, we know the impact it can have on individuals and their futures. We have helped numerous clients overcome challenges and successfully obtain their visas. One of our clients, who had exhausted all avenues and was at the last stage of appeals, found hope and success with our tactical team's expertise. We were able to present several technical loopholes that allowed them to choose the best course of action based on their preferences.

"Thanks to Agape Henry Crux, my partner visa application was approved without any difficulties. To put cherry on top, I got my direct permanent resident visa without having a need to wait for two years from the date of application. Amazing work by Agape team and I can’t wait to go back to Australia to reunite with my partner and our daughter. May God bless you abundantly. Much Thanks"
"Agape Immigration has helped us turn the impossible into something we would have never imagined. After 2 years of being in a long distance relationship, my girlfriend and I have decided to get into a defacto relationship. We were in a tough scenario as we have never lived together and have no joint accounts under our names – it was difficult to prove that we were in a relationship for over two years. While we knew the chances for our application was slim, we still wanted to try our luck and was recommended by a friend to Agape Immigration. We were assigned to Davin and he is an amazing lawyer. He guided us through the whole process of applying a partner visa and was patient and friendly the whole time. On average, the processing time for a Partner Visa to be granted is around 22 months however, Davin and the team has miraculously managed to bring that waiting time down to just under 4 months! Great job to Agape, I’m truly grateful for your help and will definitely recommend everyone to try their service. You will not be disappointed."
"“I'd like to dedicate my sincere thanks to all the Agape Immigration consultants especially Davin and Koko for all the effort you guys put to make this happen for the approval of my visa. its great being consulted by the Agape team and the effort made by the team is highly appreciated by me on personal view and thanking you again. It took a year for my visa to get approved but along the way, I receive constant support and advice from Agape team even after office hours. Thank you Agape!”"
"The team at Agape have worked hard for me. It was very difficult gathering documentation from my home country and Agape has helped me contact them to verify my work experience to ensure everything is consistent. They are creative in their ways and when they found that one way wouldn’t work, they found a different way to do it for us, despite my visa expiring within a day’s time. A few months later, my visa has been granted which allows me to stay here in Australia to gain full-time work experience for the work visa. They are committed and provided me with guidance. I have full trust with them in guiding me through the way of migrating to Australia. I highly recommend the team at Agape."
"My family and I came to Agape Immigration seeking for a solution to permanently migrate to Australia. I had three children and really wanted to settle in Australia as soon as possible and was really clueless about what I need to do because I heard that most of the Permanent Visas require English, but I was not so confident with my English. Agape provided me with ease of mind through advice and reassurance, showed their understanding of the law, did their research on my matter and encouraged me to try for the Employer Nomination Scheme. Throughout these years, Agape continued to advise me on the best pathway amidst the ever-changing laws. They continued to predict the law changes correctly which allowed me to act fast before the changes took place. We also had to prepare a lot of documentation but Agape was always there to help us and guide us. They also have a very tight procedure where they have three lawyers check through the application and the supporting documents to ensure nothing is inaccurate or misleading because they constantly reminded me that providing false or misleading information to the Department is an offence. I completely trusted the advice of the lawyers at Agape. After we lodged our applications, the team at Agape would still constantly provide me with updates and the process was very smooth. When my family and I were experiencing difficulties in providing overseas police checks and were concerned about whether this would cause further complications to my case, Agape promptly acted upon hearing my concerns and successfully asked an extension from the Department for me to produce those checks. It was definitely not an easy process from the beginning but because of their hard work and professionalism, we finally got the permanent residency visas after almost three years since we started preparing for the applications. I must thank the whole Agape team for what they have done for me and my family. I highly recommend the Agape team to all my friends and families who are in need of Migration Services."
