"Booked 3 Day Kakadu & Litchfield Tour (3KLD) back in 2021 but they wouldn’t offer a refund when all flights were cancelled due to Covid. So we went in 2023 and paid more due to price increases. I have to say the communication wasn’t good. They never sent a confirmation on trip. I had to chase them down via chat. When I did get the confirmation, I saw they got the hotel wrong so as I couldn’t get a hold of them to change we had to walk 14 mins to the other hotel to be picked up. No idea who the tour company was that was doing the trip. No contact details. And they forgot to pass on dietary requirements. Best advise is to avoid these wholesale tour companies and just book with the tour company that does the trip. Territory Expeditions is the company that provided the tour, and they were great."
"AMAZING tour! One of the best tours here in Australia. The driver told us a lot of stories about Melbourne, the great ocean road, and the twelve apostles. He also made sure we arrive before the other tours which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the stops by ourselves. I highly recommend this company to anyone!"
"We went on the 1 Day Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour. It was a good experience although the bus was full to the brim and us being the last pick up spot, meant we were right at the back seats for the whole 12 hour day. Most of the day is driving and about 1/4 is time spent off the bus. I would recommend this tour however make sure it’s definitely for you before booking."
"Booked a great ocean day tour via Klook for sightseeing tours Australia! Pick up time was a little late due to traffic but business hotline response was really precise and clear when enquiring queries! To top it off- the tourguide / driver was a really good sport. Luke was our guide for the group, really interactive and multi tasking at his finest. Driving and getting the group hyped up for the road ahead! Itinerary was pretty much scheduled and nothing was missed out- and the weather was good too, no complaints and would recommend anyone who wants to do a tour to sign up with sightseeing australia, 10/10 for service and comfort."
"We had a FAB time on our last day in Melbourne. We booked the 1 day Phillip Island tour and we saw so much more than we expected... Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Zoo where we fed kangaroos, Cowes for lunch, the Hemsworth Bros' favourite surf beach, Nobbies Rock and the stunning Penguin Parade. Our guide, Dave, was superb - funny, knowledgeable and had plenty of stories to tell about each place on the tour which added to the experience. Would highly recommend going on a tour with him."
