"Upon vacating our rental property, we had the displeasure of being accused of breaking a stool in the property. And because YourStay had our credit card details they went ahead & charged us a fee without our authorisation. If you want to feel awful being accused like a petty thief who broke something and did a runner, go ahead and use this company. They're in bed with their dodgy housekeeping team and will do anything they can to extract whatever they can get from your credit card. You have been warned"
"Booked (and deposit paid) for 155, 157 & 159 Edward Terrace for my 50th more than 12 months ago. Confrmed with them again in December. Was then very disappointed to be told 6 weeks before the checkin date the main unit (159) as advertised "renovated and entertainers delight' was now being lived in and renovated by the owners! I asked of they could please reconsider but was told No, the owners are moving in to renovate. Yes we were offered another house not far away, which was lovely but did not have the same outdoor facilities nor was it next door to the other properties I had booked for my guests and obviously with such little notice I had not much choice! Not a good look to then see the Yours Stay Group car and boat packed up outside the unit we were told was unavailable all weekend! I then accessed one of the units at 3pm on Friday to set up packages for my guests, (clearly after the 2pm check in time) only to find it hadn't been cleaned, I immediately rang and left a message left for Yours Stay Group, still waiting for a response or apology. Fortunately I saw the cleaner in another unit and approached her, she did it straight away, but was not aware it was rented that weekend! The accommodation was excellent (178 Moulder St, 155 & 157 Edward Terrace) could not fault any of them. Just a shame the customer service isn't as high a priority."
"ARBOR HOUSE - Sampson street Orange OMG what an exceptional house. It’s been fully renovated to a degree that exceeds your own home. It’s clean comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. We are thinking of reserving this house again in 6 months."
