"I work for a large company that uses Fragomen and while we ultimately got the visa processed through them successfully, it took a year and I was anxious the entire time. We applied with three weeks to go on my existing visa. Our first lawyer at Fragomen was non-responsive and dismissive, so after our HR team complained to the managing partner we were assigned a new lawyer and a commitment to better service, after that it improved. Overall, I had to do most of my research myself, point out mistakes they were making, countless follow ups and we had little trust that they were acting in my best interest and the company's. If you have to use Fragomen, I recommend getting a second independent lawyer and to do research (to the point where you have a hobby law degree) to ask the right questions and follow up. If you don't have to use them - don't."
