"Fast and efficient service, I speak zero Tagalog so was a lil worried when I seen other reviews, But 100% no problem ,staff friendly and professional"
"After viewing other reviews I have a different opinion. We traveled from Brisbane to Sydney early morning expecting some rude employees. Upon entry, a polite man wearing a turbin with a big greeting smile, we checked in with him then procedded up the lift to the next level and again professional staff this time filipino employees getting their job done providing us with the correct information to get our passports under way. I have nothing but praise for these guys.... Thank you"
"if you miss the undiscipline , rude and lazy Filipinos go to this place. just like in the Philippines, they don't want to work, a notary is just a 5 minutes job and they just keep postponed it , we been waiting 1 week until they sent us the letters. And just like in the Philippines they don't want to use technology, you have to go there just for a simple question, they don't even have cad transaction and only looking for cash, these people are 50 years behind the world"
"Everyone (especially the security guard) is incredibly rude, talking down on people. I went in prepared - made an appointment and brought photocopies, an express post satchel and cash, only to be treated like a nuisance. No one bothers to speak in English, luckily I’m fluent in Tagalog despite being a foreigner. I’ve met a lot of Filipino Aussies who don’t speak Tagalog so I found it really inconsiderate."
"Received my passport 19 days after submitting application. But had 1-2 return trips due to entries on my old birth certificate. Overall, pretty good! Mabuhay!"
