"Had a very bad previous experience, but I have to say this time it was GREAT. Younger guy with a good attitude and disposition to hear and help, two very nice ladies also helped me all the way into the procedures and paperwork required."
"Can Anyone tell me if We can apply for Visa more than 3 months? We want to do CAMINO de SANTIAGO. But we're a slow walker and need about 4 months to complete it. How do I apply the visa to Spanish Consulate? How long will it take?"
"The staff were very helpful. I dread going into any government type building. It’s never going to be a good time. The lady on the desk was informative, straightforward and willing to listen. So she turned a stressful situation into a productive one. So thank you, appreciated"
"Delays, delays and delays. I have been dealing with this consulate for many years and everything arrives late. Waiting to vote? no worries you receive your documentation past the due date. Do you have an appointment? no worries, waiting for over 20 min in the waiting room with no-one there. And the list goes on... Last one waiting for over 6 months for an e-mail reply, only to be asked to submit more documents because during this time rules have changed.... just ridiculous!"
"I have three nationalities so you can imagine the level of administration I had to deal with. Today I must write a review and give 5 stars the the Spanish Consulate in Sydney. Not only they understood my circumstances and were flexible but their aptitude was second to none. I for one was very sceptical and criticised different consulates in the past but credit when credit is due. Most of the issues I have encountered in the past are related to the lack of funding and therefore resources and tools they need to operate with. It’s the central administration the one mistreating the Spanish abroad. At least in general. Thank you all and keep up the great work even in difficult conditions."
