"The service provided by this establishment is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced. The teacher couldnt look after my kid and there was an emergency situation, which became painfully evident when my child injured. Shockingly, neither the teacher nor the administrator had the decency to stop the class, "we dont stop the class", even as blood was pouring and my child was in shock and tears. They callously continued as if nothing had happened, displaying a complete disregard for the well-being of their students. I am not one to typically write negative reviews about small businesses, but the way they handled this situation, which resulted in a serious and lasting injury, is beyond disgraceful. The fact that they didn't even stop the class when I urgently requested them to, in order to address my child's injury and the bloodshed, speaks volumes about the type of teachers they employ. To make matters worse, when I contacted the owner, Tony, to express my outrage and inform her about the situation, she callously dismissed my concerns and was shockingly rude. This encounter only further highlighted why the overall service at this establishment was abysmal. It is crucial for any business, regardless of its size, to handle incidents of this nature responsibly and with utmost care and made themselves responsible. It is so dangerous specially dealing with children."

"We absolutely love Splashed! We switched from another local school and my son has improved in leaps and bounds – we have not looked back. The way that swimming is taught all makes sense and even with the fun and musical activities I can see what they are trying to teach the kids and why they are doing it. Sarah who teaches my son is amazing and extremely patient (especially with a little boy who doesn’t always listen to want to do what he is told) and he talks about her whenever we go swimming anywhere. I would highly recommend Splashed to anyone looking to get their children familiar with water and then learning to swim."

"Splashed has given our 2 girls a fabulous experience learning to swim over the last 5 years. Our eldest graduated from dolphin class last year at 9, and our 6 year old who has been swimming with Splashed since she was a baby moved up to turtle class this year. They both love going to lessons as they are challenging and fun and the instructors are professional, friendly and caring. All the kids seem to be happy in the classes we've seen and there's rarely any tears. Toni is amazing at getting even the most anxious child to relax and enjoy their time in the water. Splashed is a great place for babies and children to learn to swim."

"We have been attending Splashed Swim School since it opened in Warriewood many years ago. I have enrolled all 3 of my children through Splashed Swim School's swimming program, starting them from a young age, 2 have graduated as confident leaping Dolphins (now aged 11 and 9)! Just 1 left (age 6) who is progressing through to a frog very soon and couldn't be more excited about it! Learning to swim safely is such an important skill for young children and I can't thank Splashed Swim School enough for teaching my precious ones this skill. All of my children absolutely loved their swimming lessons which made it a lot easier to take them each week for their lesson. The teachers are all so lovely, patient, and professional with the children and go above and beyond to help the children acquire the necessary skills to learn to swim safely, correctly and confidently. Last year my children attended the Australian Transplant Games (my son received a life saving liver transplant at the tender age of 5months old) and competed in all the swimming events. The Woodley children came away with Gold for Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, narrowly missing a Bronze. This is all thanks to Splashed Swim School who taught the children the correct way to swim... If you are looking for a swim school in Warriewood you can't go past Splashed Swim School for their professionalism, and excellence in teaching children to swim correctly!"
