Lastly, we would like to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on which our school stands. We recognize the rich cultural heritage of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and pay respect to Elders both past and present.

"We’ve been overall very happy with BHPS in the 6 years we’ve had children there. They have very committed and caring teachers, management make continual improvements to the facilities and operations, there is a good academic standard in both the regular and OC program, many excellent extra curricular activities like the band program, and the P&C does great work in keeping the canteen, learning assistance, upgrades and fun events going as most parents support it. Plus, it’s in a wonderful local community where kids and parents get engaged and develop positive and rewarding local friendships."
"Great facilities compared to many public schools is the area. I have experienced great and caring teachers who have excelled me and other students, way above the Sydney standard."
"The OC there is good, I don't know about the other classes tho. No oval, decent staff, so decent review."
"Was a good school but sadly not anymore. Lots of staff turnover and focus has been lost"
"As an ex student there I can agree that the system of education and the quality of teaching there is exceptional, as is the band program that I was part of for 3 years. In both aspects I was highly advanced when compared to my new school when I left. The only aspect I would criticize is that they have a terrible way of dealing with bullying which is to say, virtually none. Despite all the signs and the official policy there was virtually never any intervention even when reported several times and the physical evidence was right before their eyes, and being young my parents ended up having to take it into their own hands. However, if your child is not likely to be bullied and you prioritize education then this, I can honestly say, would be an excellent choice."
