"I have been a client of Grimsey Wealth since 2014. Unfortunately, I am a low priority client and aware this company does not have my best financial interests in mind. In a series of emails over months I was informed that an enquiry I had made was being looked into, and I would have a response soon. However, it became apparent this was misinformation. I did get an apology, but that did not make up for being lied to and the likely financial implications. "The tax accountant had limited knowledge and did not follow through on promise to get back to me with answers. The tax return was actually done by someone else, not the person I met. Later I got audited by the ATO for this tax return and the auditor informed me that he had contacted Grimsey first and was told it had nothing to do with them. Worst part? Three years later Grimsey started contacting me stating that I didn't pay my invoice with rude and threatening tactics. It has caused significant distress amongst my specialty exams.
