"I bought some SBD socks for my son on his birthday online. He did not want these styles so I returned them in person to City Strength, the shop in Alexandria, and ordered his favourite one next day. City Strength did not accept the return due to a changing of mind. They mentioned sth about Consumers Law to put me in "Status Quo". I felt quite intimidated talking to 3 of staffs including a Manager who put me unease and upset. The Manager, she did not have a reasonable communication skill. I mentioned Rebel, Footlocker, Bunnings, Kmart, Woolworths...( All genuine businesses), they have done it properly to help their Customers. They said that they are different .It is State of Affairs!"
