"The lady who assisted me with my ring repair was super rude. She kept yelling at me in front of other staff and customers. When I was checking out some earrings she promised me I would be able to get my ring back asap but when I ended up not buying the pair of diamond earrings, she didn't have the ring ready on the date she promised me. To make things worse, she started raising her voice. It was such a cold and disappointing experience and I've never been humiliated that way as a customer. I've never stepped foot in any prouds store again."
"If I could give 0 star I would. I bought my Mum a watch a year ago she had hardly wore this and crystals fell out. I went to take it back, as they had informed me this had 12 months warranty. Only to find out that the warranty only covers the watch mechanics. I wouldn't bother or waste your money service is only good when you spend money."

"Came in to buy a gift for my mother. One of the women seemed a little hesitant and self-reserved when I was asking about the ring I wanted to buy but I decided to ignore it. When I asked to place the ring in a gift bag she dropped the box (containing the ring) in it and the box smacked against the table. For a very fragile ring that is not how it is meant to be dealt with, especially after I have spent a sum of money on it. The other woman seemed indulged in her work and ignored what happened. Will never shop here again - straight to Goldmark next time."
"Do not buy pearls from there. Its all fake. Bought a set of pearl jewelries from them in 2019. They have started to discolor. Took them to the Hurstville Prouds and a woman by the name of KUMI, ignored and did not even wanted to listen. I understood that I have purchased a fake set of pearls from them as she did not want to help me. Please do not buy any jewelries as all of them are fake."
