"I recently had a seized chuck replaced at Knox Power Tools. There was initially a delay of a couple of weeks (I think they forgot about me). To their credit they were on it as soon as I chased it up with them, even picking up the replacement part from the supplier directly to remedy the delay. The work was completed to a high standard, incorporating a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, several weeks later the replacement part once again failed. However, I was unable to make it to Knox Power Tools until past the expiration of the 90 day warranty period. Despite this the staff didn't even question this point and remedied the issue whilst I was on site. The fact that this business stood behind it's work provides me with a great deal of comfort and I would therefore not hesitate to recommend this business, or use them again in the future. The staff obviously take pride in customer service and it shows."
