I understand there are covid related impacts but the least that could be done is a partial delivery free of cost to help others especially when you spend loads at the shop. Always running for dollars ( even double digit ) is not a sign of customer satisfaction and happiness. Very Disappointed with them. Wish I could give a minus rating"
"Staff were friendly and helpful. However the items we wanted wasn't in stock at that store. The staff member checked on their computer system and it was available at the Warwick Farm store. I asked could we order it and I'll go and pick it up. I was told they couldn't do orders for other stores. That doesn't make sense. They are all the same brand. I would suggest that be implemented. In 2020 if I can order it online from my lounge room, surely stores could do it of the same brand via their system? Obviously not. Anyway, ended up getting what we wanted and we are happy with the product."
