"By far one of the best delivery ramens I’ve ever had. The tonkotsu broth was piping hot and sealed in a bag, the taste was rich and full of pork flavour. I ordered the black garlic oil and chilli oil as extras and they added even more perfection to the already perfect broth. The texture and the taste of the noodles was beyond amazing, fresh and held the firmness even when soaked in the broth. The marinated egg was perfectly cooked with a soft jelly like yoke which was slightly sweet and delicious. I hope more RaRa ramen restaurants open across Sydney and beyond so I can get it more often."
"Having Rara Noodle for a long time and I really love the food, however there’s a great difference in flavour comparing with the Redfern unit. My rate for Redfern is definitely 5 stars. Not sure why but the flavour doesn’t match."
"If you are hoping to just pop in for a quick bowl of authentic ‘dirty’ ramen with noodles that are oily and delicious…. with spice just to the point of enough…. then order the Tonkatsu black garlic and chili!! Yummo"
"The garlic tonkotsu was overall a great ramen. The broth was a great consistency and full of flavour. The noodles were al dente and the 'onsen' egg was solid. The standout is no doubt the pork chashu. It is phenomenally well cooked, charred the perfect amount to give the pork a sensational taste. My one criticism of the ramen was the saltiness of the broth. I recommend getting the chilli version of the dish to cut through the saltiness. The service was a little disappointing but the decor was very impressive. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare with the hospital being so close. At $22 it is on the pricier side (especially if you want to order extra chashu), but I would come back again just for the charred chashu."
