With a total of 40 available places, priority is given to vulnerable children and those in the year before school.

Please note that Hilda Booler Kindergarten follows the standard school term calendar and is closed on public holidays, staff development days, and for approximately 4 weeks from late December to early January. However, we strive to accommodate the needs of working families by offering flexible care options.

We are proud to offer a reduced rate fee of $14 per day for children who meet the Start Strong equity funding criteria. This initiative aims to provide equal access to high-quality early childhood education for all children.

At Hilda Booler Kindergarten, our preschool program is designed to foster your child's development in a holistic manner. Our licensed center follows the national early years learning framework, which emphasizes children's interests, strengths, and individual needs. Our dedicated educators work closely with each child to create a play-based program that encourages collaboration, decision-making, and the building of strengths and emerging skills.

We believe in providing a wide range of enriching experiences that nurture children's social, creative, language, cognitive, and physical skills. Our program operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm, during school terms. Additionally, we offer a school holiday care program in collaboration with Broughton Street Kindergarten, also located in Glebe.
