"I have just come home from having my dog cut and I am so so happy. She was able to fit me in and was so accommodating to ensure it was when I was able to drop him off. She even allowed me to stay which I was delighted to do as I was able to watch and trust her. There is no doubt that she is one of the best groomers I have been to for the 20 years that I have had fur babies. She loved my dog and it was obvious that she was very well trained and for the first time I can say that he was not cut too short and I am thrilled to have found her. Thanks so.much."
"I'm absolutely stoked with how happy the dog's are after taking them to Chez's and I'm delighted with the way the dog's look. They're absolutely loving the fresh breeze and being able to properly see and move! I would highly recommend visiting Chez. She was very knowledgeable and understanding, she was also able to fit me into her busy schedule within the same week of enquiring about it - Which wasn't the case with the other groomers in Pakenham (Majority of them didn't have anything available until 2020) which isn't ideal for dogs with long or thick coats to have to deal with during summer. And I found the pricing VERY reasonable I feel like I under-paid her considering how well the dog's look!"
