The open plan concept and giant sandpit was something that our daughter really enjoyed. The preschool has an excellent early learning program that goes well beyond numeracy and literacy and encourages other social skills such as sharing, respect, teamwork, problem solving and resilience. Our daughter especially enjoyed learning about contemporary issues such as caring for the environment, recycling and sustainability. Individuality is also celebrated and supported, and our daughter was encouraged to pursue her own learning interests that really brought out her creative side. She was also able to pick up new languages and enjoyed learning about other cultures. The school readiness program was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition to Kindergarten for both our daughter and for us as parents. We are truly grateful for everyone at Arthur Street who played a part in our daughters learning journey."
