"A number of issues with a Budget Direct authorised repair: 1/ Lengthy delays with parts >6 months, had to call for updates frequently, repairer did not proactively reach-out to me. 2/ Poor quality control - new headlights not aligned properly, new fog-light not working - had to return to repairer. 3/ New radiator not fitted appropriately to car (loose) and leaking coolant tubing.
