"Having Food Court meal to escape weekend surcharge and still getting authentic taste of food, why not right? Been eyeing it out this place to try and finally got to try it. Boat noodle not that rich as I expected but not to bad for the price. Kana moo grob (sorry if wrong spelling) was definitely can’t go wrong with that combo. And hit the spot. Kaow man gai, OMG way tastier than somewhere “iykyk”. Let me know if you agree."
"Very disappointed with my take away vegie stir fry. Only one or two pieces of carrot, tofu, peppers and onion! Maybe it would be better to dine in? Nevertheless, my first impression was not great."
"Yummiest Creamy Tom Yum noodle soup I’ve had in Melbourne so far. Have been here consecutively for 3 weeks already! It’s so good that though each time I come I wanted to try other dishes but ended up ordering the same dish! My husband ordered the fried rice today. On the sweeter side but still very tasty.Large portion. Waited a bit during lunch peak but it’s worth the wait. Very reasonably priced. Loved the old-school food court atmosphere too"
"Hidden in the Paramount Food Court but it's always busy. Decided to try. Ordered 2 items: 1. Tom Yum Noodles with Pork. Flavourful broth with plenty of toppings. Huge portion, good value for money. 2. Chili Basil with minced pork. It tastes alright and comes with a runny f ried egg, which is always welcome. Overall, it's a good place to have pretty authentic Thai food."
"Stumbled across this place when a couple of our Thai options had long queues - located in an obscure little known food court in the Paramount basement. Seeing families and small groups of Thai descend ordering from this stall, we settled on trying this place. The person at the stall was very helpful in suggesting items we should order after asking what our preferences were and the spice levels we were comfortable with. Ordered Number 17 - Chinese Broccoli with Crispy Pork and Rice, Deep Fried Tilapia and Rice with Original sauce and Som Tum Green Papaya Salad. The crispy pork dish was very tasty but had some raw egg white in the fried egg, nice runny yolk though. The fish was crispy and well seasoned, went well with the sauce but the sauce did not taste great on its own. The papaya salad tasted as it did in Thailand and they did put the mortar and pestle to it. The above were more like a local home cooked Thai food, no frills as you’d expect at a local food stall in Thailand but tasty and well priced. Portion size reasonable. Be prepared to wait about 15 mins for the fish. Our order was ready all at the same time."
