"Excellent service from Aaron and the team at Capital Smart Repairs in Brookvale for a second time now. Aaron fixed my repair and also offered to fix a couple of other blemishes on the vehicle at no extra charge to me a couple of days ago + today repaired the rear of my vehicle where some bolts/panels were coming loose. Old school customer service which is so very lacking these days. I will only insure my cars with an insurer that uses Capital Smart in Brookevale. Thanks Aaron and Capital Smart."

"Definitely never going back there again! Took my prized possession here as it was my insurers choice of repairer after someone reversed into the front side of my car and did some light damage. I met with the assessor Mathew who looked over the damage and organised to have my car repaired a few days later I came in to pick up my car as I was told it was ready to pick up I met with the front staff who are lovely and went to inspect the car once looking at it I noticed 3 imperfections in the paint that had been lightly sanded but not polished and paint still missing on the edge of the door (visible without opening the door) I immediately pointed these out and the assessor came out and took the car back into the building to fix the polishing issue and to put a brush of touch up paint over the missing paint and sent me on my way A few months later the imperfections returned on my door so I contacted my insurance company again and told them my concerns and my disappointment to which they rescheduled a callback from Capital to reassess my car which never came until I showed up unexpectedly to which the assessor looked at my car and I showed him my concerns with the imperfections a misaligned door and the touch up paint to which he wanted to argue over the missing paint on the door, and with the misaligned door they would correct but not fix the door striker which secures the door which had become chipped due to the misalignment. Upon returning a few days later again they actually made the issues worse I now have a line down my door the 3 paint imperfections are still there and ALOT of orange peel and a damaged striker which was refused to be repaired as its general wear and tear even though they did it! I have had to go through my insurance again who are now sending me to somewhere else to get the damage undone. Bottom line: poor customer satisfaction if issues, reception staff very friendly, have to get the whole side of my car resprayed now! I really hope someone from Capital reads this review and does something about this terrible service."
