"NEVER BUYING DIAMOND JEWELLERY FROM MH EVER AGAIN. So much for a lifetime warranty. Bought a beautiful diamond ring in 2017 that came with a lifetime warranty including diamond replacement. However, one of the conditions is to have the jewellery inspected every 6 months from the date it was bought for the diamond replacement to remain effective. I was not told about this condition only that I am guaranteed that any diamond that comes off can be replaced. I took good care of my ring and now that one of the diamonds came off 6 yrs later I can’t claim the warranty."

"Very disgusted by a lady who gave us such a bad attitude. That was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had in the shopping centre. My partner purchased a ring from this shop for my birthday with a 3 year care plan that you can clean and resize the ring. He had no idea what size I was, so he got a big one like even loose on my thumb. So we brought the ring to the store and a staff asked me what size I want it to be. I was told that they could resize it whatever size I wanted. I told them 2.5 sizes down would be great, then the staff called this lady who seems like to be in her 40s to 50s with long hair and glasses to check our ring. Probably a jeweller as she came from the back. She had a look at the ring, then she frowned and went "Are you sure you didn't wear it because I can see there's scratches and even a hair on it." She gave us this look that we were lying or something. I mean, they didn't ask us if we wore it or not when they said that they could resize the ring. So we explained that we only wore it for a few hours when we went for lunch for my birthday but that's it. Then she went, "If you wore it even for a few hours, then it's been worn, we can't sell the ring. Would you want to buy a ring that someone worn it?" At this point, I started figuring out what was going on. The ring has to be a brand new condition if you want it to be more than 1 size down as they will refund it and exchange to a new ring, and because the ring brought in was worn for a few hours, it can not get 2.5 size down as I wanted. The whole conversation and the attitude we had at the shop from the lady was UNBELIEVABLE. We won't purchase anything from this shop again. I would have no problem coming back to the shop if the lady nicely explained to us that they can't make the ring 2.5 size down because it's been worn but can offer 1 size down instead of accusing us for lying and giving us the look that we were trying to get a refund for a damaged ring or something. Also they should've told my partner that the ring has to be unworn if he needs to get it more than 1 size down in the first place."

"My first and last purchase from them. I bought gold & diamond earrings for my wife and it was my first ever gift to her. To my shock, earrings turned it's color into bronze in an year and that to be after 2-3 times use. I contacted their customer care and they replied it might have happened due to contact with makeup or cream. Really!!! do you guys also wear make up and cream on your ear. They refused to help and offered only complimentary cleaning and it didn't help. Now they have taken it up for repolishing for which I will be charged. I don't know much about jewellery but I do know that gold never changes it's color into bronze even if it comes in contact with cream or makeup unless that is some hard chemical. And I now doubt if it was gold or they just fooled me. Moreover, their customer service sucks, no responsibility of the product they sell, no customer satisfaction but they can apologize. I will never ever purchase from them nor will recommend any of my friend or relatives."
