"WE WERE THROWN OUT OF THE RESTAURANT! Never experienced such customer service ever in my life. We were given a table for 6 children and 4 adults. We ordered a couple of pizzas and some coffees. The food was on the table and we were about to start. That's when the owner decided that we ordered too little food for 10 people and we had to LEAVE! We explained to him that we were given the food and cutlery for 10, and the staff knew the order was only a few pizzas and coffee and we can order more food if money is all that mattered to him, he argued, picked up our pizzas and stood by the door waiting for us to LEAVE WITH THE KIDS! Anyways we walked out. It was a WINTER night and we were just returning from a snow trip from Lake Mountain. WE STOOD OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WITH OUR 6 KIDS ON THE WALKWAY AND HAD OUR PIZZAS THERE. He had no shame or regret even then to walk out and APOLOGIZE! KIDS WERE SHOCKED! When he asked us to leave, kids being innocent, one of the little ones surprisingly asked him "EVEN THE KIDS HAVE TO LEAVE?" It's an advice to everyone to think twice before attending this restaurant. If it's happened to us, it can happen to you."

"We ordered 2 family pizzas with coffees for takeaway and decided to dine in as it was cold outside ...the owner's partner asked us how many ppl and gave us 10 plates and a long table to sit on. Suddenly when the rest of the family came to the restaurant the other owner came and flagged we cant sit and eat here as we ordered a take away until we order more…so, my brother flagged this wasnt mentioned before we were given seats to dine in so now what has changed the male owner was outright rude and said that you can’t sit here and eat you have to leave as you haven’t made any booking or reservations cuz we are a big group … if that’s what the policy is then why wasn’t it mentioned before …. This made the whole situation very tense and he started coming up with excuses of not enough seating and peak time and rudely asking us to leave … we as a whole family were asked to leave numerous times in a rude tone after we were given seating and served plates to dine in. We have never in our lives experienced such humiliation and bad customer service especially with all the kids witnessing this as well. It was a traumatic experience we felt really worthless to be thrown out of the restaurant just because the owner felt he didn’t want to accomodate us as we might not buy more food than what we had already ordered. We were already thinking of ordering more before going in but this owner with his bad attitude lost not only more revenue but also we would never be ever coming or recommending this restaurant to any of our family or friends ever again."

"Service was absolutely appalling I wish there was a rating lower than one star the entrees took over 1hr to come and as for the meals they have not even come at the time of writing this, there is hardly any people in here as far as customers and they can’t even slam 4 pizzas in an oven, they were not over complicated either they were just some simple pizzas for 5 people the staff kept reassuring us that the food would be out shortly but never came, honestly not even that mad at this point just extremely disappointed in the lack of skill this business has, would not recommend ever biggest waste of time especially when they have already put you under pressure that they have limited availability and the tables are booked so we will have to eat quickly. Very very disappointing"

"Great food!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had the meatlovers parma and the lot pizza, it was soo delicious. We had such a good experience, we ended up being the last ones to leave. Looking forward to coming back."

"Greg and staff are very friendly and accommodating at Elevation 423. With a simple menu of fish and chips, parmas and pizzas it's easy to decide on what to eat. My husband had a succulent hot and spicy parma. My son had the kids parma, both parmas had a crunchy and tasty crust. I had a delicious pizza that was a half and half my only regret is not getting a full ratatouille pizza as it was so yummy and the flavours were wonderful. Would recommend and attend again."
