"The day after getting my car serviced, my car wouldn’t start. I’ve always looked after my car and never had any issues prior. I called the service center due to the timeliness of the issue after being serviced. The staff were very unhelpful and stated it’s likely to be a coincidence. I had to wait 1.5 hours for the NRMA who stated it was an issue with the fuel pump (my receipt stated they had done work on this during the service). I had to then wait 1.5 hours for a tow truck. When I arrived at the centre with my car, I sensed irritation and they had no consideration that I had 3 hours out of my day to deal with the issue. They reluctantly gave me a hire car and when I went back to pick up my car they said it was a coincidence about the fuel pump and that they fixed it “under warranty”. There was no communication what went wrong and no apology for my experience, just sheer lack of care. Will never go back here."
