"Me and my family have been sending all of our cars to this shop for over 5 years. All I needed was a pink slip, spoke last week on the phone, was told to bring my car in "After morning traffic" I come at 11 and he's triple booked me.... so after booking 3-4 days in advance and driving from Leichhardt to get this pink slip, I have now wasted 2 hours driving back and forwards with no pink slip in the end. The best part? One of the guys said "I thought you were coming at 9" Really unimpressed..."
