"After more than 10 years getting my car serviced there, the quality of service and care has dramatically gone downhill! Last service done a few weeks ago was horrible. They changed a parking light bulb and left the old bulb lying around inside the engine bay. Also they use to perform a complimentary wash and vacuum of the car, but not this time. This is my third and final complaint (I had complaints with previous servicing) with them .. I'm no longer going back to them! From what I can see they keep changing their Service Manager, obviously none of them can fix the problems there!"
