"RUDE customer service over the phone, No Show up. Unfortunately i have to deal with this company when renting, as Real State booked them for dryer and cook top to be fixed. First contact, they don't ask you when you are available, they just tell you the day and time they can come. Booked for Wednesday between 10am-12pm to have a dryer to be fixed. They were almost 2 hours late, checked for 3 minutes and left without fixing and need to book for another day. Second time late again and dryer "fixed" . After a week dryer stopped to work and they came again, technician a bit rude when asked what happened and said he would pass information to the real state and dryer needs to be replaced. Unfortunately had to have a cook top to be fixed after couple of months later and unfortunately Real State booked this company again. I called to book a day/time (they impose the day and time) and I explained what happened before, how frustrating sitting all day waiting for technician and told them I would make myself available for the 2 hours as they always ask and I wouldn't be available the all day due to work and ask them to please be on time(2 hours timeframe). One day after i called and arranged the day and time they called me to change the day which was ok as it was few days before the arranged day/ time. The day they supposed to come, Surprise ! Didn't show up on time, when I called the very rude staff said the technician should be on the way or near by and I have to wait, even after waiting for 2 hours, I politely explained i have to go to work and we have to book for the following week. The person over the phone said they wouldn't be able to come the week after and i said to don't bother as it was only one cooktop. Passed 5 minutes, the same person called me back extremely rude and very certainly saying the technician just left my flat and cooktop was fixed. I mentioned i was home the all time and no one came or rang intercom. She was very certain that the technician was at my place. When I confirmed my address she wasn't sure. After 10 minutes another call apologizing as she sent the technician to the wrong address and she could book for next week which wasn't possible before. End up never having it fixed as I refused to use their's services and Real State should look for someone else. Good luck to book someone from this company and to deal with RUDE "call center" and wait for hours when they give you a 2 hours time."

"We recently had a new oven installed by Alpha appliances. The technician mistakenly tried to also install a rangehood. That same day the power tripped causing a power outage in the house. I rang Alpha appliances and spoke to Alex, who took no responsibility for the situation they had created. He was rude, unprofessional, yelling and talking over me. I asked him to lower his voice but he continued talking over me. I had to end the call as this man was unreasonable and not capable of conducting a conversation. I would not recommend this company, very poor customer service."

"I recently used this company and I received what I thought was poor service. I called the company and spoke to the Manager to try to understand the situation. I found him to be very unprofessional. He did not listen to me. He talked over me. He raised his voice. I eventually had to end the call as I felt I was not being listened to. I would not recommend this company."
