"Exteremly disappointed that the first person they sent out, stated we needed a part after three hours (yes they do charge by the hour). Then to find out three days later with the next person it was not needed. You need to have 100% faith in the person they send out. We should not have trusted them Hundreds of dollars later we have been trying to work out a solution. Well they have gone quiet and unresponsive. We lost three days worth of work and only asking to either refund the original cost / provide free service to that value. I would recommend you use anyone else."
