"Worst experience i had with a smash repairer. We brought our X6 BMW for a repair recommended by Allianz insurance for hail damage. After we picked up the car we found the main window doesnt work anymore after going back and forth many times i took the car to BMW and they said the switch was not connected. They also broke the windscreen wiper after they replaced my windscreen and now my windscreen have a scratch on it. Avoid this repairer at all cost. They are the worst to deal with."
"[Updated 2020] Sam and his team are really professional. They took care of everything and did high quality repair work for my car. Absolutely recommended!!! I would like to thank Kristal, Sam, and Daniel, who are very kind, friendly, efficient, and professional. RPM Peakhurst team did an astonishing job on my Audi SUV, both colour matches and parts fit. Very impressed and highly recommended."
"Sam and Daniel are liars. My car was smashed, no fault of my own and was sent here for repairs. Biggest mistake ever! They took over a month to repair the car, still in repair and then told me they would extend the hire car, which they lied about and didn’t. I am being charged for the rental car, and the insurance whilst they take their sweet time with my car. They don’t care, the car was meant to be a write off and it wasnt, now they say the suspension is cracked and they need to repair the suspension. Always waiting on parts, always lying and never fixing cars. It should of been a write off."
"Untrustworthy. I took my car in for a 30 min insurance inspection. RPM kept it for two days and invoiced me for a wheel alignment when I attempted to pick it up. At no point did I authorise any repairs to my car, and when confronted I was told I had verbally agreed to have my car repaired to a 'road safe' condition. I called the off -site repair centre where the wheel alignment was performed and was told by the manager there that no service was done on my car. RPM did not admit fault or explain why they were charging me for a bogus service. In the end I got my car back without a fee, but it did cost me a morning of phone calls and sub-par treatment by the service staff of RPM"
"Absolutely horrendous. Took 9 weeks to repair my car. Waited 3 weeks from the crash for the inspection. Got told it would take the repairs would 2 weeks. The car was then scheduled in 3 weeks later from the initial inspection. After waiting 2 weeks, got told it would be delayed for a few days for no initial reason. And then received another phone call that it would be delayed again. And when it was due to be picked up, was told that i could be picked up closing time, which may mean it could be delayed yet again. What a comedy. Low and behold, another delay."
