"It was my first time taking my car for a servicing. Just after 15 minutes, they said it was done. One man came and started to make an invoice. Just for the engine oil, they charged me $218. Later that day, i said this to my friends, then realised i was completely ripped off when they told me about other service centres near my location. Not going there again. Other mechanics just 8-9 minutes drive from there, who do the same thing cheaper and good quality."
"Busy place, can be hard to find parking. Before you go make sure you have all idenfication before you go otherwise no ticket for you. Be patient with the team there they do a great job under the pump. I had really helpful service people. The time I went the ticketing speaker was not working and it was hard to hear your number. Not their fault. I stayed there nearly 2 hours trying to load all my documents but I give the Burwood service centre 5 stars because there staff were patient and awesome. I had a islander staff member help me out, we shared the same birthdate and a tall dark guy who was friendly and approachable."
