During the decision process Maria sent me photos and videos of various opals before viewing a shortlist in person. She then provided recommendations on the setting. I appreciated that she considered screw back earrings for me as I tend to lose earrings. She even measured the size of my everyday earrings to ensure the sizing was right. She showed photos of the setting before confirming and also provided estimated timing. I was happy with the beautiful earrings Maria custom designed and made. The white gold matches the lovely purple and lighter tones of the opals. Maria has a personal approach, is very knowledgeable, and creative.
