"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Paint Spot Hoppers Crossing. Yesterday, I received an invoice for an unauthorized purchase made on my account, and when I approached the store manager, I was told that there was nothing he could do about it. This is unacceptable! If someone uses my account to buy something without paying, that's theft, and it's a crime office. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the store just passed the invoice onto me, which is completely unfair. I am very angry about this experience and would caution anyone from using this store. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers is appalling. I urge Dulux to take this matter seriously and to take immediate steps to prevent this from happening again"
