"I was referred to a Mauritian plumber by the name of Ben whose ABN is 96 878 368 242 Trading under the name of Multi Trade Plumbing Services. Phone number being Zero four five zero Zero five one Five two nine. I was ripped off and overcharged, not provided with an invoice and was refused a receipt for job performed. He bought the stainless steel fifty Ltr heater cheap directly from Rheem which cost around less than eight hundred dollars retail. He then proceeded to overcharge me a total sum of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS. THAT JOB SHOULD HAVE COST ME NO MORE THAN around NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS. HE THEREFORE MADE AN EXTRA TOTAL PROFIT OF AROUND ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. HE NEVER GAVE ME AN INVOICE OR A RECEIPT AS I REQUESTED AND DEMANDED. I therefore intend referring the matter to fair trading. I paid him in cash as his credit machine was not accepting my card even if I put in my correct pin number. I believe that he did a mambo jambo on his machine as my card worked perfectly on all my other transaction after his bogus failed transaction. I do have a failed receipt from his machine which I am to produce as proof to Fair Trading."
