"July 2023: To service 2 air conditioners. They were transparent about pricing up front, $340 to service two units. Let me state that they were punctual and professional and friendly. I am quite diligent about cleaning my air conditioner filters, and the guy was in my house for only 27 minutes, looked at the outside units, brushed some dust off the inside filters and said "they were fine". I said "wow $340 is a lot for less than 30 minutes" and he said "yeah, but we factor in if we need to do anything extra, and your units are well maintained". I wrote to the company and advised them of this asking if they would consider a partial refund given the rate equates to $756/hour (not including travel time). They declined initially, which was disappointing. However they subsequently had a change of heart, called me and issued a partial refund which I think was fair for the work and time spent."
