"Don’t know what the other reviewer was talking about, I had my car brought in the other day and had it reasonably quoted within a couple hours. Left my car there to be fixed and was given a nice rental car. Everything was completed as quoted after 3 days. I am happy to the service provided."
"I dealt with who I believe is the owner of the establishment. He was requesting a reference number from my insurer from an accident. I advised I will provide the details later that evening when I returned home from work. What I was then met with was what I would describe as aggression, hostility and threats. Ken Stated if I would not provide the details he would take the matter to his solicitor. He had obviously misunderstood our conversation and overreacted. I found it incredibly difficult to understand Ken’s broken English and I can only assume vice-a-versa understanding my English. I would not recommend dealing with this establishment, if this is the way the owner conducts themselves in a unprofessional manner. I then called back and provided the details and received no apology from Ken for his behavior. I can only assume this repair shop deals with Chinese/Vietnamese native speakers as Ken had great difficulty speaking/understanding English."
