"I imported a new hydraulic trailer from Queensland which needed a NSW blue slip inspection etc... Not only was Jason super helpful with the whole process, but he and Tim also went the extra mile by helping me hitch it to my ute + trouble shoot some other problems. Honest, genuine people and great service - highly recommend."
"Hello everyone, my name is Michael. I am an observer and have been Jason's loyal customer for the past four years. I just want to say something about the review M.Ali just made 17 hours ago. This event happened while I was there, asking Jason to help me fix my car. At that time, I had the opportunity to witness an interesting encounter with this friend from India who came to get his RAV4 serviced. In summary, Jason did three things for him: did a pink slip for $43, changed a tire for $150, and performed a service for $235. However, the customer only wanted to pay $235, claiming that these three services combined should cost him $235 in total. He complained with a very bad attitude, accusing Jason of deceiving him. He even came to me to seek support, claiming that they had agreed on a total payment of $235 for the three services. I tried to help him mentally, asking if he thought the shop had been running for so many years by resorting to dishonest practices. I questioned whether the owner would have been successful in business if he had acted in such a way. However, he was not convinced and went back to Jason, insisting on paying only $235 in cash, which was all he had at that moment. As Jason didn't have much choice and the customer's behavior was extremely unpleasant, Jason eventually called the police. The police arrived shortly after. I witnessed how this customer described the situation to the police. He told police that he initially agreed to the pink slip for $43, and during the process, Jason found a tire problem and requested an additional $150 to fix it. He said, "OK," and then asked about the cost of a car service. Jason informed him that everything would amount to $235. When the police asked him if he thought $235 - $43 - $150 = $42 was a reasonable price for the service, considering that even the cost of oil alone would be around $60, the Indian friend became agitated and replied, "I don't know. I had a service done elsewhere for only $99, so I think it's normal." He argued with the police for about 20 minutes until the police told him that if he didn't have the cash, he would need to commit to paying Jason later and must pay the full invoice amount in the future. The friend agreed to this condition. So the police went back to Jason, asking him to create a progress payment schedule for the customer. The police also informed Jason that if the customer didn't pay in the future, Jason could only seek assistance from fair trading and not involve the police. Jason felt helpless as he had never dealt with progress payments before and didn't want to waste any more time on this matter. He offered the Indian friend a $50 discount, but he had to pay the others now. This Indian friend agreed and immediately paid the money and left. I noticed the disdainful look from the police officer, as the friend had earlier claimed to have only $235 in cash but suddenly took out a credit card to pay. Anyway, the friend got his way, and I must say, it was an eye-opening experience for me. The thing that impressed me the most was the size of his ego and the way it matched his behavior. He even directly gave a negative review after he left . My only comment on this is, "Wah…. Impressive.""
"Online to see this garage reputation is very good, intend to come and try, really solve my car problem, they are professional friendly and patient. They were busy, and it took some waiting to fix the car problem, but it was worth it."
"For 10 years, our family's two cars have been maintained by Jason. Never had any issues and their mechanic and skills are very professional. I trust them! Saved us a lot of time and money. They treat every customer very sincerely, and I will continue to introduce more customers."
"Very fishy about invoicing and unprofessional mechanical service. BE CAREFUL !! Charge me $200 extra over agreed price. Reply to the owner : You are a true lier you told me in front of the camera that all together $235 pink slip and service and you’re invoiced at the end $429 it’s fishy & untrustworthy.don’t rip off customers. I called the police before you so don’t lie and the end you have agreed in-front of Police not me. I checked your previous reviews as well, many customers have been ripped off from you as well . EVERYONE PLZ BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH HIM BETTER WRITE ✍️ BEFORE STARTING SERVICE!!!!"
