"I have called in to book a stove repair, after taking all my details, I was advised that a technician will get in touch with me. Few minutes later, I got a sms saying they cant take this job and look for some other company! Why take all details in first place? Also if they don't have capacity, they would've contacted me and book a time perhaps a bit later! Extremely unprofessional ! DONT TAKE PERSONAL DETAILS IF YOU CANT take any new jobs"

"For a pensioner this company offers no discount at all. They want to charge $150 to come out and look at the machine, then charge $55 every 15mins over the first 30 minutes. Plus any parts are extra again. Way to go guy's and people say use local business what a joke. Would not recommend this company at all"
