To make a booking for your event at McNeilly Park, simply email [email protected]. Please note that bookings cannot be accepted within seven days of the proposed event date. There are two main types of events that require a park booking, and you will be emailed a booking form to complete.

For casual hire of sporting grounds, please email [email protected] with your enquiries. Sporting grounds always require a booking, regardless of the number of people attending.

We kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions documents provided below before making a booking. In the event of a cancellation, refunds are available if more than seven days' notice is provided, minus a cancellation fee of $50. Please note that bookings will not be rescheduled or refunded due to inclement weather on the day.

To ensure a smooth process, park bookings need to be confirmed with Council at least one week prior to the event. If your event involves fewer than 30 people with a marquee or entertainment/amusement devices, a maximum of four hours is allowed, subject to Council approval. For larger events or events over 250 people, an application must be submitted to Council at least four weeks in advance.

If you plan to engage the services of a contractor to provide equipment, please note that you will be required to submit public liability insurance.
