"Came here for pink slip i was met with Deceptive rude and very snobby operators took them 4 hours of my day to diagnose a problem that took 5 mintues to tell me the car has an alledged oil leak took the car to bmw 3 months ago everything was good. Just a ploy to suck money I suspect wasted my whole afternoon. My strong recommendation avoid avoid avoid!!!! Crooks"
"I want to preface this by saying that I have never written a negative review in my life. My experience with S & I has warranted it. I found the manager Vlad quite rude, smug, uninterested & dishonest. I took my car there for a simple pink slip. They had failed the car which was fine as I had a light on my dash. I explained to them why that was there and what happened with my car which resulted in some failures electronically ( there were prior water ingress issues ). They diagnosed the issue to be a steering angle sensor. After waiting 4-5 days to receive a quote from them I took my car to another mechanic which; after listening to what happened prior. They diagnosed the issue to be something else which ended up being the correct solution (not to mention it was easily fixable and much cheaper). So if I would have went with vlad and his team I would have replaced a sensor which would have taken 2-3 weeks to arrive and amounted to around 800-900 dollars which would not have fixed the issue. Then most likely the same amount would have to be spent again for them to actually find out what was wrong in the first place... To end, dropped my car off when they opened at 8am for a pink slip. After waiting they had failed me. They told me they could do a scan to figure out the issues that day. They made me wait until closing (6:30) to get the diagnostics back. They had not even touched the car the whole time. I watched a gentleman walkover to my car with an ipad to run a test at around 6 and it took him 5 minutes... So for around 20 minutes work (including the safety check) they charged me $163.00. And it wasn't even the correct diagnosis..."
"Stay away. Took my car there for e-safety check instead of taking it to my normal mechanic for convenience , worse decision. Apart of being extremely arrogant the owner wanted me to replace the tires which have been running for 30.000km - Some tires are built to reflect a warranty of approximately 100,000 km while entry-level tires have a warranty of approximately 60,000 km - and Wheel alignment service (???). Check status: Fail. Please note: Rego has been renewed for one year few weeks ago without any issues."
