"We came to see this mechanic to check that everything was fine with the car we had just bought. Apparently nothing to report, our car is great. Reassured we took the road to start a road trip but the upper and lower ball joint snapped and the whell got under the car. So we were close to have a very VERY dangerous accident. When we explained the situation to the mechanics, they told us that you should have seen this directly and that it was totally abnormal that you missed this problem. So the check was completely messed up. It's very dangerous, we could have died! I don't know if you realize it. Don't go to this mecanic, because of his mistake we could have been in the hospital right now. Solenn and Victor"
