"Went to many Kids indoor playgrounds but had the worst experience here in Hipanda. Price is in the high end, adult entry $5 which you can only redeem coffee or tea (other kids cafe can redeem bottle water or kids juice), but my coffee never arrived. Enquired couple of times, nobody seemed care and could do their job. After 40 minutes, I chased up the last time and the staff did not even look for the order and end up I never got my order. While I was waiting, I saw they messed up so many orders, either served the wrong one or ever served customers’ order. Worst customer service here."
"Nice play centre. Decent in size, not massive but not tiny either. As mentioned in previous reviews it is on the expensive side. My kids had a good time though. Love the slide and trampoline area. The toys are also great. Two hours flew by. See parksandadventuresofsydney on Instagram for more."
"Kids entertainment area is great, thus 2 stars, not 1. Other than that, an overpriced place with not enough staff during pick hours on a rainy day. Took only 40 minutes to get wrong food order and when I finally got our meal (chicken curry w rice, chips and salad) you can see on photo how much chicken was there. No lactose free milk and no decaf coffee."
"Expansive play area with multiple padded staircases leading up to gentle curved slide, suitable for younger kids. There's also a trampoline area and mini rockclimbing wall, ball pit and wall projection games. Coffee is decent too. Play equipment looked well maintained and cleaned often. You can park in the apartments underground parking (Imperial) by calling ahead. Entrance is on Tracey St and a set of massive steel doors. Overall, great place for kids to run amok while you get a break :) Will upload DSLR photos later"
"Convienient location, right near public parking. You have to pay per hour but you get $5 food voucher. A good size, not too small and not too large. There's massive slides, plenty of places to climb, a trampoline area, ball pit and other stuff to keep little ones engaged. Perfect place for toddlers to explore, my 2 year old loved it. There's lot's of tables and you can pretty much have lunch there. The food wasn't too bad and the kids meal were quite generous! The staff were friendly, but they looked a little flustered as there was only two of them there and they had to look after the cafe and the front desk."
